Welcome to your 15 Minute Core + Abs Dumbbell At-Home Workout!
I hope you enjoy this routine which challenge and strengthen your deeper core muscles.
This is a no repeat routine combining effective bodyweight exercises and using one dumbbell.
If you do not have a dumbbell, no problem. All the moves can be done without equipment OR grab a can of food or two from the kitchen.
Please do keep focus on drawing in your deeper core muscles and moving slowly throughout the moves for best results.
Think of your belly towards the spine at all times.

    Ahh, nice workout. Still struggling with those back bends - raising legs and arms together - not liked by my lower back :( I often stick to simply legs or simply arms working that way as opposed to being both arms and legs up and down together seems a little less stressful on the back doing legs and arms singly. Thanks :)

      @@annettepiche3158 I think you could try lifting one arm and the opposite leg instead of all four together. And at the same time ensure you are really pulling in your abs strong and lengthening your spine and legs while tightening your glutes as you lift your legs. When you focus on this technique and making sure other muscles are activating it can really help the lower back 🙏💪 Let me know how that goes!

    Thank you for changing things up as you do. I'm currently doing another 15 day challenge as I finish up these 15 days and it's annoying - she has 4 sets and they are all identical.     All good at top level until I got to the elbow plank - got to level 3 (Level 4 is just way too much for me :) you are strong. I would like to hear the breathing pattern a little more often as we work through the various exercises. Very good - thank you!

    no water bottle, I tried with a 3 pound weight - not bad ended up switching out for a yoga block. Tough with the water bottler/weight. fun to try :)
